Basically, mapping program and the maps like on GPS phone feature are free to take. In case your cell phone is Nokia N95, Nokia make money by charging you for navigation. Off course, by navigation help you can have the map to make you find out the route to the hotel where you stay in.

You’re already known, the one of the latest N95 update firmware version v12.0.013 provide system to make enable the Assisted GPS feature or popular known as A-GPS. As the WiFi is not support, to make the phone’s feature of A-GPS works, you’ll need to use a 3G/EDGE/GPRS as the connection.

Configuration setting A-GPS Nokia phone:

From Nokia Map loader program, go to Tools => Settings => General => Positioning => Positioning Methods. This way is useful to make sure that you have a tick next to ‘Assisted GPS’.

You can also choose the connection you wish to use on A-GPS by go to Tools => Settings => General => Positioning => Positioning Server. For your notice, generally almost all of A-GPS server request is approximately 5KB of data, which is cheap even for those who pay by the Kb.
