After download a lot of music and save it into the 1GB memory card, someone was tried to listen the songs through his LG chocolate VX8500 mobile phone. But, after put the SD card into the VX8500 memory slot, he didn’t hear any sound from the ear phones.

Although he was try to save the songs in 4 different program such iTunes, Real Player, Yahoo Music Juke Box, or even windows media player, the audio still can’t heard and also can’t meet the current mp3 files in music library.

While trying to use yahoo jukebox, a Device Tracking Failed has an error and the message appear on the screen: ‘A problem has occurred in retrieving the Digital Rights Management machine identification. Contact Microsoft product support’.

Basically, that problem unheard songs in LG chocolate VX8500 happened because of the memory card used in different format, so to fix this audio problem in LG chocolate mobile phones, the users should make their SD card in the right format. Here are the steps:

~Make sure the micro SD card is blank and then put it into your LG chocolate VX8500.
~Format the card using the mobile phone:
Go to Menu => Setting & Tools => Memory => Card Memory. Here you can find the format screen after click on Option. Just enter the security number. Usually it’s the last four digits of your phones, including # in the end of the number. And then format the card.
~Press the End button to close the entire menu screen.
~Remove the card and insert it into the PC. In this step, you should recognize the card and Removable Disk window should appear. If it’s not, you can do manually by search the files in Windows Explorer. There you should see the folder names ‘my music’, here you will drop your music files later.
~Don’t open any media players; you only need to find your music files location. Once it found, simply drag and drop into the folder ‘my music’ above.
~Remember, drag only the files, if you drag the Albums, it will fail.
